I am excited to announce that I am conducting my first official classes, which will be held at the Foundry in Cambridge, MA!
1) Introduction to Woodworking - Tray/Drink Caddy
Learn how to safely use basic woodworking tools and to create a box and a handle via you choosing to make either a tray or a drink caddy. Attendees will also learn how to upcycle wood from shipping pallets. All materials provided and no prior woodworking experience necessary. Closed-toe shoes required.

2) Imagination City - Kids Upcycled Crafting
Kids will have the opportunity to use materials that are usually recycled or thrown out (e.g., soda cans, plastic bottles, toilet paper rolls, foam packaging) to create their own building or city location. Then near the end of class, the kids bring their creations together to create Imagination City! In this class, kids get the creative thrill to use whatever provided material they want and how they want while also learning to be environmentally conscious.

CLEAN YO’ BLOCK!

“Clean Yo' Block!" is a community clean-up event that combines live DJ's with grass roots community cleaning so to create a cleaner, groovier Allston for everybody.
Vending portion, which is where LU will be, is part of the afterparty at Lulu's Allston (421 Cambridge St, Allston, MA 02134) 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Medford, MA’s Harvest Your Energy Festival is taking place on Saturday, October 17 from 12PM to 3PM at Riverbend Park. HYEF is an annual event bringing residents and businesses, companies, organizations, and other groups in and around the City of Medford to educate the public about the environment, green energy, and sustainability. Also there are artists who use upcycled materials or center their work around the environment or sustainability selling their items.
I will be pulling double duty and having TWO TABLES:
1) Selling LU’s home decor
2) Free craft activity for attendees using everyday items that are usually recycled

This summer I am participating in the Greenway Artisan Market on select Saturdays & Sundays 11am-6pm located in the beautiful Rose Kennedy Greenway. The Greenway Artisan Market is a vibrant open-air market featuring over 50 talented area artists, makers, stylists and independent designers on the Boston Waterfront.
